Clover

Susan Coolidge was a late 19th century children's author. During the Civil War she worked as a nurse before starting her writing career. What Katy Did is her best-known work. Clover is the fourth book in the What Katy Did series. Clover published in 1888 was the final book in the series In The High Valley concentrated on Katy's siblings.
