Carl Brennan had finally broken away from his family, especially his father Stephen...or so he had thought. After his father's death and Carl's subsequent trip back to his hometown, he found he'd been drawn in more deeply than he'd ever thought possible. Stephen's plan to bring his youngest and most headstrong son back home had worked. Reuniting his family wasn't the only thing Stephen Brennan had wanted for so many years. He wanted a sick and twisted hold over Carl and had gone to great lengths to see his plan through...lengths that included his body's death and the release of his evil spirit, to roam the earth and plague his family, until one by one, he would come to Carl. With the use of Voodoo and the skilled practices of an unscrupulous Voodoo priestess, Stephen put his plan into motion, setting off a chain of events which would lead to a showdown of father and son, good and evil and one which would change the lives of everyone involved forever.
