Ana Frank's Diary

The diary of Anne Frank has been, since its first publication, an unavoidable reading for anyone who wants to revisit those years of horror lived and suffered by the Jewish people. And its reading represents not only respect for what was but, above all, for what we do not want to be repeated. Perhaps that is why those manuscripts managed to survive the horror, even though the girl who wrote them could not. Those writings represented for her a hope, a possible future, a possible world after the war.
